Rafael Perez attended Montclair State University where he studied Communication and Media Arts. He has 5 years of mortgage lending experience including the roles of Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant, Junior Processor, Loan Clerk, and Loan Processor. Throughout his years in the mortgage industry, the one constant has been his unwavering passion to assist customers with any uncertainty they may have. Rafael became a Registered Mortgage Loan Originator in 2024 with Lusitania Savings Bank, where he hopes to help you attain your dream house providing exceptional customer service and timely closings.

Lorraine Oliveira's background in banking goes back over 25 years.  Her career with Lusitania Savings Bank began in 1998 as a teller while she pursued her studies in accounting and finance, subsequently completing graduate school and obtaining her Master's Degree in 2003 from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

After working in every area of the lending department and becoming a Registered Residential Mortgage Loan Originator in 2011, she now serves as the bank's Loan Coordinator and works with all facets of the industry including buyers, real estate agents, title companies, appraisers, and attorneys to help borrowers secure a loan that suits their budget and goals.

Working diligently with the loan team, she ensures each applicant receives a level of service dedicated to helping them feel at ease with the loan process whether buying their first home, refinancing for better terms, or even just exploring different financing options.
