Kelly Baptista graduated from Rutgers University in 2014 with a business degree.  In June of that same year she started as a teller with Lusitania Savings Bank.  Within 3 months, Kelly moved up to the Lending Department as a Loan Clerk, and in 2016 became a Registered Residential Mortgage Loan Originator.

Through her work as a Loan Clerk and as a Loan Processor she has dealt with every detail involved in the mortgage process from application day to closing and finally through the day a customer successfully pays off their loan.

Lorraine Oliveira's background in banking goes back 24 years.  Her career with Lusitania Savings Bank began in 1998 as a teller while she pursued her studies in accounting and finance, subsequently completing graduate school and obtaining her Master's Degree in 2003 from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

After working in every area of the lending department and becoming a Registered Residential Mortgage Loan Originator in 2011, she now serves as the bank's Loan Coordinator and works with all facets of the industry including buyers, real estate agents, title companies, appraisers, and attorneys to help borrowers secure a loan that suits their budget and goals.

Working diligently with the loan team, she ensures each applicant receives a level of service dedicated to helping them feel at ease with the loan process whether buying their first home, refinancing for better terms, or even just exploring different financing options.
